Your Undutu account is where you access your purchased downloads.

Do I need an account to buy?

Yes. You can register before buying or create your account during checkout. Use an email address you can access, as you will also use your registered email to log in to the cheat launcher.

Where do I download my purchase?

Log in to your Undutu account and open the Downloads section.

Download access is available immediately once the exact payment amount shown at checkout has been received. Manual approval is only required if the amount received differs from the expected amount.

I’ve forgotten my password.

Use the password reset page to recover access to your account.

My download isn’t showing.

Check that you are logged in to the account used for your purchase and that the exact payment amount shown at checkout has been received.

If the payment amount does not match, your payment requires manual approval. For help with a missing download or payment, visit our Discord page and open a ticket in the #ticket channel.

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue so our team can check it.

02 / GET SET UP

Installation & setup.

Follow these steps to get started with DayZ. The same installation process will apply to CS2 when it becomes available.

System requirements.

The software supports Windows 10 and Windows 11. There are no specific hardware requirements or special setup requirements for the cheat.

How to install and launch.

1. Download the file from My Account → Downloads.
2. Extract the downloaded file.
3. Right-click the extracted launcher file and select Run as administrator.
4. Log in using the email address you registered with at Undutu.com.
5. Follow the instructions shown in the cheat launcher.
6. Once the launcher process is complete, the cheat menu will appear in your game.

When does my licence start?

Your licence starts when the cheat is first injected into the game. Purchasing or downloading the software does not start your licence time.

Having trouble getting started?

Check that you have extracted the download, launched the file as administrator and used your registered Undutu email address.

If you still need help, open a ticket in the #ticket channel on Discord. Include:

• The product you are using.
• Your Windows version.
• The step where the problem occurs.
• The exact error message or a screenshot.
• Anything you have already tried.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept cryptocurrency payments. Card payments through Shopify are coming soon.

Do I need to pay the exact amount?

Yes. Send the exact amount displayed at checkout. Access is available immediately once that amount has been received.

If the amount received is different from the expected amount, manual approval is required. Open a ticket in the #ticket channel on Discord if you need help with a payment mismatch.

Can I get a refund?

Our software is non-refundable, as set out in our Refund Policy. Please read the policy and check the product details before purchasing.

How long is a monthly licence?

A one-month licence provides 31 days of access. Your licence begins when the cheat is first injected into the game.

Do licences renew automatically?

No. Renewals are manual, so you must make a payment yourself when you want to renew your access.

What does lifetime mean?

A lifetime licence covers the lifespan of that cheat. It includes free updates and support for as long as the cheat remains available.

Can I use the software on another PC?

The software is locked to one PC. We can unlock it for a new PC once every seven days.
